At Hillcrest, we are proud of our well-maintained quality family housing. We have a variety of styles to meet everyone's needs. About Our Units
With Hillcrest Housing, you receive a well maintained, comfortable apartment including: water and sewer, fridge, stove, apartment and ground maintenance, and parking. One year lease is required along with a security deposit equal to one month's rent.

Hillcrest also owns and maintains units varying from bachelor, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom in apartment buildings throughout the Downtown Summerside area. For pricing information on these units, please contact Hillcrest Management.
Washer & dryer rentals are available for an additional cost of $30/month for most units.
